Mission
Every investor should be able to invest in right investment products based on their needs, manage and monitor them to meet their goals, access reports and enjoy financial wellness.
B. Business transacted with investors
- Publish research reports based on research activities.
- Provide an independent, unbiased view on securities, disclosing financial interests in recommended securities.
- Base recommendations on analysis of publicly available information and known observations.
- Conduct an audit annually and keep advertisements within the Advertisement Code for Research Analysts.
- Maintain records of interactions with all clients, including prospective clients, where research services were discussed.
C. Services provided to investors
- Onboarding: share the terms and conditions of research services and complete KYC of fee-paying clients.
- Disclose material information, including business activity, disciplinary history, terms, associates, risks and conflicts of interest, and the extent of use of AI tools in research.
- Distribute research reports and recommendations to clients without discrimination and keep them confidential until public.
- Respect client data privacy and protect confidential information unless law requires disclosure or the client consents.
- Disclose service timelines and adhere to them; give clear guidance and caution notice for complex and high-risk products.
- Treat all clients with honesty and integrity.

E. Rights of investors
- Privacy and confidentiality; transparent practices; fair and equitable treatment.
- Adequate information and initial and continuing disclosure of statutory and regulatory disclosures.
- Fair and true advertisement; awareness of service parameters and timelines.
- To be heard, with satisfactory and timely grievance redressal.
- To exit a product or service as per the agreed terms.
- Clear guidance and caution when dealing in complex and high-risk products.
- Access to services in a suitable manner even if differently abled; to give feedback.
- Protection against coercive, unfair and one-sided clauses in financial agreements.
F. Responsibilities - Do's
- Deal only with a SEBI registered Research Analyst; check the registration certificate and number on the SEBI website.
- Read the disclosures in research reports before investing.
- Pay through banking channels only and keep signed receipts of payments.
- Ask questions and clear doubts before acting on a recommendation.
- Remember you may stop the service as per the agreed terms and give feedback.
- Inform SEBI about any Research Analyst offering assured or guaranteed returns.
Don'ts
- Do not provide funds for investment to the Research Analyst.
- Do not fall for luring advertisements or market rumours.
- Do not be attracted by limited-period discounts, incentives or gifts.
- Do not share login credentials or passwords of trading, demat or bank accounts.
