Cancellation & Refund Policy

2. Services already availed

Fees for the period of service already availed are not refunded, whatever the outcome of trades or your satisfaction with the recommendations. Dissatisfaction with market results does not entitle you to a refund or compensation.

3. Cancellation and pro-rata refund

In line with SEBI guidelines, if you ask to cancel your subscription we will refund the unused portion of the fee on a pro-rata basis, after deducting the charges for the services already availed, applicable taxes and any administrative fee permitted by regulation.

4. Duplicate or wrong payments

If you were charged twice or the wrong amount was debited, tell us with your payment proof and we will review and correct it.

6. Timeline

We acknowledge requests promptly. Approved refunds go back to the original payment source, normally within 7-10 working days depending on your bank.

7. Not refundable

Trading or investment losses; delays caused by your network, device or bank; subscriptions ended for breach of our Terms; payments made to any account other than the official account or QR code on this website.
