1. Introduction and acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EdgeStock website and every research service offered by EdgeStock ("EdgeStock", "we", "us"). By visiting the website, submitting an enquiry, making a payment or receiving our research, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, the Disclaimer, the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law. You confirm that the details you give us are true, complete and belong to you.

3. Nature of our services

EdgeStock is a financial market research company. We share research ideas and market views in stock cash, stock options and index options traded on NSE and BSE.

• We do not offer assured, guaranteed or profit-sharing returns.
• We do not provide demat accounts, broking services or portfolio management services.
• We do not execute trades on your behalf and have no access to your trading, bank or demat accounts.
• Research is general in nature unless we clearly state otherwise and is not a substitute for personalised financial advice.

4. Market risk and no guarantee

Trading and investing in securities, especially derivatives, carry a high level of risk and you may lose part or all of your capital. Past performance is not an indicator of future results. Any performance figure, example or target we share is illustrative, excludes brokerage, STT, exchange charges, taxes and slippage, and is not a promise of profit.

5. Your responsibility

Every decision to buy, sell or hold is yours alone. Before acting on any idea you should consider your financial situation, goals and risk appetite, trade only with money you can afford to lose, use stop-losses and position sizing, and seek independent advice where needed. EdgeStock is not responsible for any loss you incur.

6. Subscription, fees and payment

• Fees are as displayed in the Pricing section, inclusive of GST, and are payable in advance for the plan and period you choose.
• Pay only through the official bank account or UPI QR code displayed in the Payment section of this website, and keep your payment proof. We are not responsible for payments sent to any other account.
• A plan is active only for the period paid for. It ends automatically at expiry unless you renew.
• We may change prices or plans for future subscriptions without affecting a period already paid for.

7. Delivery of research

Research is delivered by message, call or email using the contact details you provide. You are responsible for keeping those details correct and for having a working device and network. We are not liable for delays, interruptions or non-delivery caused by telecom networks, third-party apps, your device or settings, or events outside our control.

8. Intellectual property and permitted use

All research, reports, messages, text, design and logos on the website and in our services belong to EdgeStock. They are licensed to you for personal use during your subscription only.

• Do not copy, forward, publish, screenshot for public sharing, resell or distribute our research.
• Do not use our content to run a competing or similar service.
• Breach may lead to immediate termination without refund and legal action.

9. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person or EdgeStock staff, submit false information, or use the services for any unlawful purpose.

10. Credentials and fraud awareness

We never ask for your banking, card, net-banking, broking or demat credentials or OTPs. Never share them with anyone claiming to represent us. If someone asks, stop and report it to us immediately on 9180500296 or theresearchcomp@gmail.com.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, misuse our content or act unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

12. Third-party links and data

The website may link to third-party sites such as regulator portals. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content. Market data shown on this website may be indicative or delayed and should not be relied on for trading.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EdgeStock, its owners, employees and partners are not liable for any trading loss, loss of profit, or indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from your use of our website or research. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fee you paid for the current subscription period.

14. Indemnity

You agree to compensate EdgeStock for any loss or claim arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date it is published on this website. Continued use of the services means you accept the changes.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please first raise any complaint through our Grievance Redressal process. Disputes that remain unresolved are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India and to dispute-resolution routes provided by SEBI.

17. Use licence

Permission is granted to view the materials on this website for personal, non-commercial use only. This is a licence, not a transfer of ownership. You may not modify or copy the materials, use them for commercial purposes or public display, reverse engineer any software on the site, remove copyright or proprietary notices, or mirror the materials on another server. The licence ends automatically if you breach these restrictions and you must then destroy any copies you hold.

18. Consent to be contacted

By registering or submitting your details you agree that EdgeStock may contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about our services, including where your number is registered on DND/NDNC, to the extent permitted by law. You may withdraw this consent at any time by telling us.

19. Errors, revisions and links

Content on this website may contain technical or typographical errors and may change without notice; we do not promise to keep it current. We have not reviewed third-party sites linked from this website and are not responsible for them; a link is not an endorsement.
